I took a leadership training program but (*please* forgive me if this sounds stupid) all they taught us about is to find your passion in order to succeed– Thats very helpful but I don’t completely see how that teaches you how to have the abilityto lead people. Can someone fill in the gap for me? Thanks in advance.

its not that hard
you have to take it, you dont get given the leader job, you grap for it. you earn it and you take it and never give up your power.

When you are passionate about something, you are a natural leader because your enthusiasm and ideas will rub off on others and make them want to feel that same passion and excitement you possess.

To be a leader you must set an example and live up to your example…you must practice what you preach…you must accept the cheers for your good decisions…and the responsibility for your bad decisions…you must motivate and inspire your followers…you must have the ability to make the decisions that no one wants to make and the courage to stand by your decisions…that’s how you become a leader.
