In the network marketing or MLM industry there is hype over here and hype over there promising to make us thousands or hundreds of thousands of dollars per year.
Anybody who has been involved in this industry long enough knows that making enough money to quit your job requires a lot of time and effort and is not easy.
The company that we represent expects us to automatically know how to market, recruit, and promote the products even if we are totally newbies without any marketing training.
It’s no wonder why that 95% of network marketers fail. Without proper training the average marketer doesn’t stand a chance of succeeding. Successful network marketing companies train their distributors from day one.
A company that cares about the financial success of it’s members will provide network marketing training that consists of sales training, marketing and internet training, communication training, leadership training, and email marketing. Never join an MLM company that provide little to no training.
1) Sales Training. There is no such thing as a natural born salesperson we all have to be taught how to sell. Pick a company that trains you from A to Z.
2) Marketing and Internet Marketing. Since most people entering into network marketing are newbies pick an internet network marketing company they have the most experience and knowledge of how to market your business successfully.
3) Communication Training. If you plan of promoting your network marketing opportunity offline then knowing how to effectively communicate to your prospects is going to be critical to your success.
4) Leadership Training. This is one of the most important subjects you will need to master in order to build a large network marketing organization.
When times get tough for your team they will be looking to you to keep them motivated and pushing forward. A great leader will do anything for their team and in return your team will do anything for you resulting in a vibrant business.
5) E-mail Marketing Training. When your prospects visit your opt-in page very little will join your network marketing business. Keeping in constant contact with your prospects through building relationships in e-mails will increase the number of sign-ups and money into your business.
Most people need to see a marketing message at least seven times before they even notice what we are doing.
Joining a company with the above network marketing training in place will make your chance of success much easier and with less headaches and more money in your pocket.
